ABOUT
Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah DeLong Graf and I am an experienced special educator with a passion for empowering individuals to overcome challenges and reach their full potential to meet their goals. With 18 years of expertise in the field, I have honed my skills in supporting individuals with diverse needs, while specializing in teaching executive function skills, as well as supporting: ADHD, Autism, Specific Learning Disabilities, and Social/Emotional needs. My focus on executive function skills allows me to help others develop critical skills to set a strong foundation for academic and life success.

I strive to create tailored and engaging coaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring that each person can thrive in their own way. I believe in fostering a sense of belonging, acceptance, and ‘partnering for progress’. During coaching sessions I am dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment where clients feel valued, understood, included, and supported. I am an advocate for open communication and teamwork, recognizing the importance of a holistic approach to on-going success.

As a lifelong learner, I follow the latest research and advancements in the field of executive functioning. I am committed to professional development and seek out innovative strategies to meet the evolving needs of my clients.
In addition to my professional work, I am also a wife and mother to two amazing teenagers and two dogs. I live with my family in Vermont and enjoy being outside, especially vegetable and flower gardening. As you can see from my logo, flowers hold a special meaning for me. I have grown zinnias for years due to their beauty, heartiness, and variety. A zinnia symbolizes acclaim for those who set and achieve their goals. My mission is to inspire, guide, and empower individuals to embrace their unique abilities, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals. I am honored to play a role in individuals’ journeys and contribute to building a future where every person can experience success.
