Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah DeLong Graf and I am an experienced special educator with a passion for empowering individuals to overcome challenges and reach their full potential to meet their goals. With 19 years of expertise in the field, I have honed my skills in supporting individuals with diverse needs, including both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients. I specialize in teaching executive function skills as well as providing support for ADHD, autism, specific learning differences, social/emotional needs and more. My focus on executive function skills allows me to help others develop critical skills to set a strong foundation for academic and life success.
